Your right to cancel and receive a refund depends on the type of product you have purchased from us:
Physical Products
You can cancel the purchase of a physical product and request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product has not been shipped to you.
If you had already received the products and whish to return then, the products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Digital Products
You can cancel the purchase of a digital product and request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that you have not started downloading or streaming it.
Digital products that you have started downloading or streaming are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty.
Professional Services
You can cancel the purchase of a professional service and request a refund within 14 days of the initial transaction date, provided that the service has not yet been provided to you in full. The refund may be reduced pro-rata to reflect the use you have had of the service. This may show as two transactions in your account transaction history: a refund of the full amount originally paid and then a debit of a charge for the period of the service you received.
If you take advantage of a free trial when you sign up to a service, the 14-day cancellation period will commence on the day we accept your order of the free trial and the duration of the free trial will be included in the 14-day period.
