How many players can play the game?
3-7 players per board game. Multiple games can be played simultaneously.
How many boards can a single facilitator facilitate?
A single trained facilitator can facilitate a workshop with 4-5 boards in a workshop.
Who can facilitate a game workshop?
The workshop can either be conducted by a PMzone expert, or an experienced project manager or PMO who has self-trained using our Train-the-Trainer kit.
How long does it take to conduct a game workshop?
3-4 hours per session. Sessions are guided and include a game round and post-game discussion. Multiple sessions are highly recommended.
Can the game be customized?
Customized playing sheets can be created based on projects relevant to the organization.
